Tasting Notes:
Wonderfully bright and fruity, notes of toffee apple and blackcurrant. This medium/dark roasted coffee has a complex juicy body with great sweetness throughout and a subtle flavour of dark chocolate in the finish.
Grinding Notes:
Brewing Notes:
For maximum flavour brew straight after grinding.
Use a heaped tablespoon of coffee per cup (cafetiere, filter, pour over method). If you are using a pour over method allow the water to be slightly below boiling and leave it to brew for around 3 – 4 minutes.

About Red Kites
Driven to the brink of extinction by the end of the 19th century. In 1989 a Chilterns re-introduction programme revived their numbers locally, becoming part of one of the biggest conservation success stories of the 20th Century. The Red Kite is now once more synonymous with the Chilterns. This magnificently graceful bird of prey is unmistakable with its reddish-brown body, angled wings and deeply forked tail.
