For our dairy range, we’re proud to use award-winning Guernsey whole milk and double cream from Lacey’s Dairy—supplied locally and trusted by us since day one. We’ve worked side by side with Lacey’s since we began in 2015, because we believe the best things are built close to home: strong relationships, exceptional ingredients, and a community that’s richer (and tastier) for it.
We don’t do compromise—especially not in the mix. If an ingredient doesn’t earn its place, it doesn’t go in. That Purity, Honesty & Integrity philosophy is exactly what sparked one of our proudest creations: Iceolo®, our fruit-led, non-dairy ice cream that delivers the creamy mouthfeel you’d expect from dairy—without the dairy.
