Crafted in-house. Sourced locally.<\/strong> We make our gelato<\/a> in small batches using our own in-house crafted ingredients, alongside locally sourced Guernsey milk and double cream \u2014 because quality isn\u2019t a marketing line, it\u2019s the foundation.<\/p>

Gelato<\/a> (allergen simplicity): with very few exceptions, our gelato contains just one allergen \u2014 milk.<\/p>

Sorbet<\/a> (dairy-free): our fruit-led, non-dairy Sorbets contain no listed allergens and are suitable for vegans.<\/p>
