We started servicing the hospitality industry at launch over eight years ago. Its not the easiest place to begin but we were committed and put in the effort to understand what chefs needed not only in terms of product but support.
Our flavours are all created in-house in small batches from the finest available raw ingredients. With few exceptions our Gelatos only allergen is Milk. Our dairy free range (Iceolo®) contains no allergens and is suitable for vegans.
