That’s why our hospitality range is formulated to be scoopable direct from the freezer at -18°C to -20°C — so service stays fast, portions stay consistent, and your team isn’t wrestling with rock-hard tubs mid-rush. But scoopability was only ever the starting point. We trained the hard way: alongside chefs, learning how contrast creates excitement, how depth creates memorability, and how the best flavours taste clean, confident, and complete — not just sweet. Then came the real work: tireless, obsessive, joyful repetition. Batch after batch. Adjustment after adjustment. We launched our journey a decade ago serving hospitality, and we still build everything around the realities you live every day: pace, pressure, storage, staffing, consistency, and reliability. Crafted in-house. Sourced locally. We make our gelato in small batches using our own in-house crafted ingredients, alongside locally sourced Guernsey milk and double cream — because quality isn’t a marketing line, it’s the foundation.

Gelato (allergen simplicity): with very few exceptions, our gelato contains just one allergen — milk.

Sorbet (dairy-free): our fruit-led, non-dairy Sorbets contain no listed allergens and are suitable for vegans.

Hospitality formats. We offer the most popular trade sizes: 2.5L, 4L, and 5L tubs, in flavours designed specifically for the demands of hospitality service.
