You need to be registered with us to place an order. Please contact info@chilternicecream.com to become a stockist.

Place orders on a Monday for same week delivery.

Free Delivery MOQ’s. Gelato Only £75 or Partner Products only £150 or Gelato £50 + £100 Partner. Otherwise £10 Del Charge. All figures ex-VAT

125ml case sizes are 5 units, 500ml case sizes are 4 units, the system automatically orders in these increments.

Partner Products Coffee & Curry don’t have individual MOQ’s. Order as many or as few as you like, though if possible please order coffee in full boxes of 10 units.
DELIVERY
- We deliver with our own van, your delivery day is determined by your postcode
- Orders placed on a Monday are delivered same week
- We leave no packaging behind. Our delivery boxes have a 5 year lifespan after which we recycle them
- Our vehicle is 100% electric for carbon free deliveries.
PAYMENT
- Invoices are despatched with your delivery
- Payment is due on the 30th day of the month in which you receive your delivery (28th for February)
