Five years ago our coffee journey began.  Just as with our gelato our honesty, purity and integrity ethos guides us with our coffee choices.

The finest, premium coffees have a single origin, not blends from many countries, just as it is with great whiskies. Its why all our coffees are not only single origin but come from the most exceptional growing areas each country we select has to offer and of course we only take arabica beans.  When it comes to roasting we carefully select a roast, light (Half City), medium (City), dark (Full City) to develop the very finest, complex flavours of the particular bean, one size definitely doesn’t fit all!

Once we locked it all in, we threw away the key!  No one wants their favorite daily brew messed with.
