Sorbet is a brilliant menu tool — a palate cleanser, a sharp counterpoint to rich desserts, a seasonal special — but in many kitchens it’s used more selectively than gelato. The 2.5L format gives you all the impact of vibrant, fruit-led flavour without overcommitting freezer space or tying up stock.
Each sorbet is crafted in-house in small batches using exceptionally pure ingredients, letting fruit do what it does best: colour, clarity, brightness and depth. They’re naturally dairy-free, suitable for vegans, and free from major allergens — an easy win for modern menus and mixed-diet tables.

- 2.5L tubs: half Napoli shape — compact, easy to handle, perfect for restaurants and seasonal rotation.
- 5L tubs: full Napoli shape — built for cafés and destinations where sorbet needs to keep pace with queues.
Both the half and full Napoli formats are designed to fit standard scooping frames if required, making them ideal for venues serving direct into cups and cones — stable in the counter, clean to work from, and fast when the line starts building. Whichever size you choose, the packaging is designed to be the right kind of practical: reusable and recyclable.
