We start with award-winning local Guernsey milk and cream, churning it into a luxuriously smooth pink base that’s naturally rich and made to carry flavour beautifully. Then we do the part that matters most: multi-coloured marshmallows rippled through the gelato, a swirl of our in-house made blueberry sauce woven through every scoop, and a finishing scatter of Unicorn sweets.
