Crafted for coffee lovers who won’t compromise, our Café au Lait is built around Red Kite — our own New Orleans-style roast made from single origin, high-grown Colombian Arabica. It’s the kind of coffee chosen for flavour first: bold enough to stand up in gelato, yet naturally smooth, aromatic, and beautifully balanced.

To get the best from it, we don’t rush. We use a slow infusion process we’ve developed and refined over years of experimentation, drawing out the coffee’s depth without dragging in harshness.
