Tasting Notes:
Wonderfully bright and fruity, notes of toffee apple and blackcurrant. This medium/dark roasted coffee has a complex juicy body with great sweetness throughout and a subtle flavour of dark chocolate in the finish.
Brewing Notes:
Use a heaped tablespoon of coffee per cup. If you are using a pour over method allow the water to be slightly below boiling and leave it to brew for around 3 – 4 minutes.
Storage:
Once opened, store this pack in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep the bag sealed tight.

Driven to the brink of extinction by the end of the 19th century. In 1989 a Chilterns re-introduction programme revived their numbers locally, becoming part of one of the biggest conservation success stories of the 20th Century.
