Ridgeway is an exceptionally velvety Half City (medium roast), Single Origin Arabica Bean Coffee from the Gayo Highlands of Northern Sumatra.

227g bag (vented), Omni Ground, suitable for cafetiere, pour over & filter machines.

Tasting Notes:

Rounded earthy flavours with spicy, chocolate notes.  Full-bodied with a velvety texture and persistent finish.  This medium roast coffee has a peach syrup sweetness throughout.

Brewing Notes:

Use a heaped tablespoon of coffee per cup.  If you are using a pour over method allow the water to be slightly below boiling and leave it to brew for around 3 – 4 minutes.

Storage:

Once opened, store this pack in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.  Keep the bag sealed tight.
