227g Ridgeway Medium Roast Coffee Whole Bean Sumatra

Ridgeway is an exceptionally velvety City roast (medium), Single Origin Arabica Bean Coffee from the Gayo Highlands of Northern Sumatra.

227g bag (vented), Whole Bean.

Tasting Notes:

Rounded earthy flavours with spicy, chocolate notes.  Full-bodied with a velvety texture and persistent finish.  This medium roast coffee has a peach syrup sweetness throughout.

Grinding Notes:

• Course grind for cafetiere
• Medium grind for drip filter method
• Fine grind for expresso machines

Brewing Notes:

For maximum flavour brew straight after grinding.

Use a heaped tablespoon of coffee per cup (cafetiere, filter, pour over method).  If you are using a pour over method allow the water to be slightly below boiling and leave it to brew for around 3 – 4 minutes.

Storage:

Once opened, store this pack in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.  Keep the bag sealed tight.
