Mint and dark chocolate is a timeless chart-topper — but when it’s done properly, it’s in a league of its own. Ours begins with award-winning Guernsey milk and cream, locally sourced for that naturally rich, velvety base. Then we add the finest peppermint oil for a clean, bright, warm mint flavour that’s refreshingly pure — never toothpaste, never overpowering.

For a touch of colour magic, we use organic spirulina (nothing artificial), creating that unmistakable mid-tone mint green that looks as good as it tastes. Finally, we finish with small dark Belgian chocolate chips — crisp little bursts of deep cocoa that snap against the smooth mint gelato and keep every scoop exciting.
