500ml Cinnamon and Orange Gelato
Traditionally one of our Christmas Flavours, although we are regularly asked to make it available year round.
It all starts with a pure Guernsey Milk & Cream, all of which comes from our local dairy (Laceys). Next we infuse pure Cinnamon (Cassia) into the milk & cream before adding Organic Orange oil (equivalent to 300 whole oranges) to create this magical fusion of flavours.
Nothing quite says Christmas like Cinnamon & Orange!
