The reason is simple: we don’t cut corners and we don’t outsource flavour. We blend our own chocolate from the ground up, starting with finely selected cocoa and our favourite secret weapon — black cocoa. It delivers that deep, intense colour and silky smoothness chocolate should have, without the harsh bitterness that can spoil the finish. The result is everything you hope chocolate gelato will be… and what so often disappoints: bold, rich, and unapologetically chocolatey.

Then we build the texture the right way, using award-winning Guernsey milk and double cream from our local dairy, Lacey’s Family Farm. It’s what gives every spoonful that luxurious, melt-in-the-mouth body and clean, rounded finish.
