This is caramel the way it should taste: deep, dark and complex, with rich buttery notes and a clean, finish from genuine Trapani sea salt. The difference is time. We craft our caramel in-house, then roast it slowly over four days, patiently maturing the flavours while building intensity layer by layer. No shortcuts, no “caramel flavour” — just real caramel, developed until it hits that perfect point where richness, sweetness and salt come into balance.
